This bunches the dirt into spots on your windows. When the rain dries, the dirt is left behind in a dirty looking spot on your window. Rain water itself isn't really dirty and if there is no dirt on your window, then rain drops won't have any dirt to bunch into spots. We get the dirt off of your windows.
